PostScript Theatre was formed in 1997 by Derek Benfield. Our policy is to produce entertaining, modern plays and to tour the UK with them. ALL ALONE – New York International Fringe Festival 2007 A man uses the anonymity of internet chat rooms to feed his perversions and sexual inadequacies; exposing the inner workings of a debauched mind that sits within the deepest horror of consciousness. A character that is so depraved we could never imagine anything worse. It is only when we, the audience, think we have seen the very essence of evil, can we be moved to imagine that things could be worse. Debauched? Evil? Anyone want to chat? All Alone was selected "Best of the Fest" by The Stage, 5 Stars from UK Theatre Web and "Pick of the Fringe" by Attitude at the 2005 Edinburgh Fringe, and then went on to the Dublin International Gay Theatre Festival, where Gene was nominated for The Oscar Wilde Award for Outstanding Achievement in New Writing for Theatre 2006 NEW YORK The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC) is the largest multi-arts festival in North America, with more than 200 companies from all over the world performing for 16 days in more than 20 venues – that's a total of more than 1300 performances!
